Hyderabad City-based 24 SIPS, a leader in facilities management services, has announced its foray into retail service under the brand CleanShield at a time when pandemic has forced individuals to be conscious regarding one's hygiene to avoid health ailments.
The services provided are drawing room cleaning, sofa cleaning, TV cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bed rooms cleaning, washroom's cleaning. They can go for cleaning an entire house or part of it depending on their convenience. The charge for a 1200 sft two-bedroom flat starts from Rs 4,000. The service charge increases proportional to the area. It takes four hours for a team of three or four to complete the process. The company offers its services within a radius of 10 kms in IT Corridor of Madhapur and Gachibowli.
"To ensure safety, many people discarded their domestic help temporarily. They have been cleaning residences themselves. So opting for professional cleaning services once in a while doesn't leave a hole in their purse," said Satyanarayana, who is a top-notch Facilities Management Professional with over two decades of experience. He is also the President TFMC--Telangana Facilities Management Council.
There has been a 300 per cent increase in the number of people seeking professional cleaning services for the past several months. According to IHCMO 2021(India Household Cleaning Market Outlook 2021) findings, the overall market for household cleaning is expected to grow by a 20 per cent and Hyderabad market is pegged at approximately Rs 150crore.
